These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Products and Services available at Ether Web Network, Inc. (the "Service") operated by Ether Web Network, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Ether Web Network, Inc. provides Internet connectivity services, including Fiber Optic Broadband, Ethernet Leased Lines, and Managed Wi-Fi solutions ("Services"). Specific speeds, bandwidth, and monthly allowances are detailed in your selected Subscription Plan.

Payment & Billing

Fees for Internet Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices are generated at the start of the billing cycle. Failure to pay by the due date may result in a late fee or temporary suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

Acceptable Use Policy

The Subscriber agrees to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to transmit malicious code (viruses, worms), send unsolicited bulk email (spam), or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of this policy.

Equipment & Hardware

Any equipment provided by Ether Web Network (Routers, ONTs, Modems) remains the property of Ether Web Network unless purchased outright. Upon termination of service, the subscriber must return all leased equipment in good working condition. Failure to return equipment will result in a replacement charge.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional maintenance or unforeseen infrastructure damage may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for any data loss or business interruption caused by such outages.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply if you are under a fixed-term contract.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Ether Web Network, Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

Changes

Ether Web Network, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email or through the Service portal.
